Not to brag, but...

Pixels just make sense to me. After decades of Photoshop immersion, hundreds of hours of Deke McClelland videos, and insights from creative mentors, best practices have become muscle memory. Software proficiency, problem-solving skills, and automation are the combination used to consistently achieve high-quality results even under the tightest of deadlines. My greatest passion is integrating design knowledge with related facets such as art direction, video editing, and development.

Easter Seals Central Texas

Technical Editor

The University of Texas
at Austin

MA, Art Direction

The advertising graduate program at UT divides students into tracks such as media buying, creative, and project management. I was accepted into and then completed my Master's Degree with a focus on art direction. I stayed involved with the Advertising Graduate Council through both enrolled years.
Stephen F. Austin
State University

BA, Digital Media

At SFA, I studied digital media and marketing after initially majoring in computer science. As Vice President of AAF, I presented the Toyota Matrix campaign at the NSAC. I was also Mays Hall president and designated "Most Outstanding Hall President" on campus that year by TRHA. Lastly, I'm proud to mention that the ID card design I created over a decade ago is still in use by all SFA students, faculty, and staff.

iOS Mentorship

Although comfortable with scripting, styling, and web development, I felt that Bloc's curriculum could help reinforce iOS best practices. This program gave me a solid foundational knowledge of Xcode, Objective-C, and Swift through an online class structure and three-time weekly mentor sessions.
